Motorworks Policies:

Pricing
All prices are quoted
in US dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time without
prior notice. You will be notified of any price change at time
of order. Prices do not include shipping and handling unless
specifically noted. PaymentAcceptable forms of payment are cash,
certified or cashier check, money order, and wire-transfer,
VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Personal check (under
the following conditions). Personal checks will be accepted
as payment only after the funds have cleared and been noted
in Madness Motorworks's account. All merchandise remains property
of Madness Motorworks until payment is realized. Deposits are
required for special order items. |

Returns
Madness Motorworks
will not accept unauthorized returns. 20% restocking fee applies
to all parts. If you need to return an item, please contact
us prior to doing so. If conditions for product return as stated
below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number
(RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the
exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for
returned items will be buyer's responsibility. No return will
be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive
a refund or credit returned items must be in original packaging,
unused, in original condition and received by Madness Motorworks
within 15 days of your original receipt of the product. Item
will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.
Special orders can not be returned or refunded in any way. Custom
ordered product is not returnable as started on a product by
product basis |

Damaged
Items Madness Motorworks
and its suppliers give merchandise to carriers properly packaged
and protected, therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility
of the carrier. If a package appears damaged when you receive
it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from
the carrier. If damage is discovered opening the package, notify
the carrier and Madness Motorworks immediately. Claims damage
must be handled through the carrier, not Madness Motorworks.

Guarantee
Madness Motorworks
products are guaranteed to be first quality merchandise. Many
products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Madness Motorworks
will pass this warranty on to the buyer. Buyer should notify
Madness Motorworks immediately upon discovery of any product
defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in
accordance with our return policy and at buyer's expense. We
will replace all defective items that meet the return/replacement
requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or
inconvenience cased buy their use or failure. All warranties
are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by
improper installation, abuse or misuse. We reserve the right
to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part
has been examined and tested. *Any used product offered by Madness Motorworks
(wheels, or any other parts) are not included in these policies
unless otherwise noted |

Core Charges
Returned cores will
be inspected and deemed viable by Madness Motorworks in order
for core charge's to be refunded. All cores must be in good
usuable condition with no broken parts or flaws. If the core
is not viable Madness will bill shipping charges to the client
and return the non usable defective core. |

Product Use
Some products sold
by Madness Motorworks may not be DOT or TUV approved for highway use
on public roads. These products are designed for show, off road
driving or racing applications only. It is the complete responsibility
of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles meet all federal,
state and local laws and regulations. Buyer assumes all liability
and risk associated with the use of high performance products
and holds Madness Motorworks and its owners harmless of any liability.
